My husband and I have known and have been a client of Robert Boyer for fifteen years. The first Experience with him was an emergency major water damage in which an entire room in our house had to be restored. He was recommended to us by a friend and neighbor.
The next and most significant job was an addition of an elevated guest suite and studio to our residence. His work included architectural recommendations along with all aspects of the project, including full electrical work. All lighting, including subpanels, recess lights, switches plugs, (throughout the entire house), fans and alarm system were completed.
Later projects included building on “outdoor room” with a gazebo overhead and full electrical components within, including gas grill, refrigerator, gas fire place, fans, exhaust, television hook-up and lighting. He also installed a lighting system throughout the yard, replaced water heaters and in general, keeps our property updated, including a remodeled kitchen (all new appliances) and bathrooms.

I have known Robert Boyer for more than ten years. He is honest, trustworthy, and extremely efficient. The work is always done right the first time and finished on time. We have known Robert Boyer for about 10-12 years. He has done extensive remodeling to virtually every part of our home. He has remodeled our home in phases from top to bottom inside and out over that time period.
The home is 54 years old and he has replaced and or repaired all of it. This includes wood floors, dry wall (including smoothing), and new electrical throughout. I have known Robert Boyer for approximately ten years, during which period he has undertaken a number of minor projects at my home plus two major ones:
- Conversion of one third of garage to art studio/fitness room: Robert partitioned the area from the garage, replaced all finishes, construction work areas, all with newly installed lighting and the addition of a heating and cooling unit for this area.
- “Sinking house” for almost a year, Robert directed this project, from initial soil sampling through to the installation of ninety eight stainless piers under the house, to stabilized and prevent further sinking. At the time, various upgrades to the home including finishes and electrical.
Al all times, Robert’s work has been of very high quality, and as importantly, he has consistently been accessible, responsive and fair in his pricing and all his dealings.
